Privacy
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful, and we should be plain about what that involves: it sets a first-party _ga cookie holding a randomly generated identifier, so repeat visits from the same browser are counted as one returning visitor. That is pseudonymous rather than anonymous. We turn on IP anonymisation, we send it no personal information, and we do not run Google Signals or advertising personalisation.
We also run Cloudflare Web Analytics, which our host injects on every page. It sets no cookie and stores no persistent identifier — it counts page views and loading performance in aggregate only, and keeps working if you block Google.
We don't run any advertising pixel. Beyond the above we don't collect personal information through this site except what you voluntarily send us — for example, by emailing us via thecontact page.
Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard connection logs (like IP address and request path) as a normal part of serving any website; we don't access or use that data beyond what's needed to keep the site running securely.
